If so we have the perfect opportunity for a Client Advisor with ‘Top Seller‘ status to join a high profile luxury fashion house on Bond Street.

The role commands a profile that has at least 3 year’s experience in luxury menswear fashion, strong clienteling ability, passion, constant drive and ambition to succeed, and high service standards with the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sales driven by using appropriate sales techniques
  • Reaching monthly and weekly store targets with the team
  • Increasing average basket in quantity and value (UPT, ATV)
  • Engage in up-selling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories
  • Knowing MRTW construction and vocabulary
  • Client oriented by creating an emotional connection with customers
  • Developing the client book and updating the customer database
  • Maintaining loyalty to both the boutique and the Brand
  • Reinforcing clientele relationships with consistent follow up
  • Participating in regular call campaigns
  • Vigilant to respect the floor zoning
  • A responsive co-worker by working hand in hand with the team
  • Abiding by the brands processes and procedures
  • Developing an expertise on product knowledge and fashion trends
  • Brand Ambassador by reaching exceptional standards of excellence
  • Maintaining excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products, trends, and collections
  • Impeccable grooming and attitude standards
  • Offering an inspiring and creative advice to the customer
  • Following and reading latest fashion news

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years luxury Menswear sales experience
  • Top Seller Status - proven sales ability, typical achiever of monthly sales in excess of £80,000
  • Impeccable grooming standards and refined image
  • Detailed understanding of generating sales, clienteling, and luxury customer service standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sense of initiative and ability to work within a team
  • Fluent refined speaker of English
  • Strong client book

Desirable

  • Available to interview asap
  • Previous boutique or flagship store experience
  • Second language desirable NOT mandatory
