Job Description

An exceptional opportunity for an accomplished Retail Manager to join a high profile international luxury fashion brand, managing a business portfolio of menswear, ladieswear, leather goods & accessories, and special projects. The role commands a results driven manager capable of managing circa. 50 members of staff. Commercially and operationally adept, the General Manager will be accountable for business performance, P&L, to streamline and implement processes and procedures, lead, develop and train staff to achieve their full potential, delivering exceptional guest service, operating standards, and designated targets. They will also be fundamental in building and maintaining strong business relationships with internal and external business partners leveraging business performance and success.


  • Effectively managing multi sites ensuring designated targets are achieved

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with departmental partners


  • Previously worked as a Manager for luxury fashion brands with demonstrable expertise of ladieswear, menswear, accessories and leather goods
  • Manager of multi-sites
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective sales leader

Specific Requirements:

  • Proven luxury management credentials, understanding of the luxury market and required service standards
  • Results driven individual with commercial and luxury fashion acumen

  • Capability to build strong business relationships both with internal and external business partners
