We are delighted to present an exceptional Sales Advisor opportunity to join their Harrods store team in which the successful applicant will become and integral part of a thriving Atelier that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

As a key ambassador for the brand the post holder will provide a distinctive and extraordinary luxury experience, passionately guiding the client across the brand, nurturing long term loyal relationships, carrying out sales and clienteling in order to maximize individual and store target and KPIs.

  • Create and develop positive relationships with the customers
  • Meet and exceed CRM objectives
  • Utilise the Client Book to nurture relationships with the existing and potential customers
  • Constantly be mindful of new trends, events, competitors’ activities, and products
  • Contribute, interact and collaborate with colleagues effectively
  • Assists with general stock control activities

Suitable Applicants Will Have

  • 3 years (minimum) sales experience within luxury retail
  • Fluent refined English (fluency of a second language is advantageous)
  • Thorough understanding and previous experience of Men’s RTW and formal wear
  • Excellent listening and communication qualities
  • Self motivated and results driven team player
