Job Description

Our client seeks a passionate & proactive Senior Client Advisor to join their exceptional Sloane Street Boutique. Suitable candidates will be high sales achievers with strong clienteling ability and client book. They will have a natural keen driven interest in Ladieswear and ensure that every Client has an exceptional and unique experience by providing the highest standards of service. A second language such as Mandarin, Russian, or Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

  • Sales driven in line with commercial strategy and sales ceremony
  • Reaching weekly / monthly store targets with the team
  • Increasing average basket in quantity and value (UPT, AVT)
  • Developing cross-selling
  • Knowing RTW construction and vocabulary to tell the brands story

Client Relationship Development

  • Cultivates exceptional client relationships to maintain and enhance client loyalty
  • Establishes action plans and strategies to increase and develop client base, upgrade high potentials and regain dormant clients
  • Asking open questions to engage clients, listening to their needs and getting the right information to make the sale in order to ensure clients return
  • Participates in client events as well as high ticket client events and/or actions

Client Service Excellence

  • Bringing to life the brands client experience
  • Representing the highest standards and promoting the brands name and image within the Boutique and keeping the integrity alive
  • Welcoming clients in the boutique, over the phone and by e-mail according to Company guidance and standards
  • Developing the client book and updating the client database
  • Developing client loyalty through excellent service and treatment
  • Reinforcing clientele relationships with consistent follow up

Boutique Operations and Visual Merchandising

  • Taking part actively in team meetings, events, regular inventory counts, and all daily operations as required
  • Respecting and ensuring the highest standards of Visual Merchandising in line with the Boutique guidance
  • Ensuring the Boutique is kept tidy, clean and welcoming at all times
  • Respecting and applying security rules and mindset

Brand Ambassador

  • Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products and trends, collections to tell the brands story
  • Following the Company Grooming standards at all times
  • Working closely as a part of a team

Successful Applicants Will Have:

  • 3-5 years luxury ladieswear boutique experience
  • Strong proven sales ability
  • A second language either Mandarin, Russian, or Arabic
  • Strong clienteling and Client Book
  • Be an enthusiastic and energetic personality
