We seek a regional Visual Merchandiser to cover the South of England area.

As a Regional Visual Merchandiser covering the South of England reporting directly into the VM Manager, you will drive the visual and creative proposition in all chain types across your Area. Using all available commercial information you will provide hands-on visual merchandising support and guidance as well as regular training to all store teams whilst maintaining a relationship with Head Office.


  • Drive the Brand visual and creative strategy across all stores within the region
  • Support and develop store teams on all Brand visual and creative standards
  • Support with new store openings, store modernisations and seasonal set-ups
  • Support the set up of visual guidelines in all chain types to send onto stores
  • Understand trading stance and utilise within role
  • Ability to influence layouts within stores using commercial reports and current layout guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of communication between VM and AM teams to highlight key actions and discuss store opportunities / training needs
  • Regularly update manager and stores with clear feedback and action points to achieve
  • Demonstrate commercial understanding of the different chain types within your Area and how to maximise their profitability whilst maintaining the integrity of the Brand
  • Deliver key information to stores via email updates / pictures to ensure visual updates are communicated
  • Regularly visit stores on Area depending on requirements of store e.g. training needs and performance to offer advice and support
  • Meet with Area Managers to discuss Area strategy
  • Conduct VM and Creative training for store teams both pre and post opening
  • Responsible for dressing and installing seasonal window and store concept changes
  • Adheres to Health & Safety requirements at all times and escalates any concerns in regards to equipment or operational practices
  • Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of the Brands’ customer and its competitors and be able to use this information to challenge the decision-making behind the visual layout
  • Attend and participate in all seasonal trend days and head office meetings

  • Must live within the South of England and have a Full Driving License as this role commands someone that is able to commute on a regular basis
